We charge a service fee to drive to your location, diagnose the problem properly, and then explain it to you in detail. The service fee is charged whether you have the appliance repaired or not. Some companies will tell you the service fee will go towards the repair if you let them do the work. Don't be fooled, many companies will simply charge you extra for the parts and labor to make up for their “free service call”. We’d much rather gain your trust and future business more than the cost of one service call.
